I started watching that
new show, Bates Motel
and it is actually a pretty good show. It’s the prequel to the movie Psycho and it actually does Alfred
Hitchcock justice.I have only seen two
episodes so far, but it seems to be getting good.
I can’t wait for the new Sandra Bullock
movie, The Heat.Sandra Bullock is my all time favorite
actress.She does a phenomenal job
acting any part and she is hilarious. The movie is sort of like Miss
Congeniality where she plays a cop
and something out of the ordinary happens.Miss Congeniality was a great comedy movie and I feel that this one will
be just as good. The movie is in
theaters on June 28th.
Out of all of the movies
that are playing in theaters right now, the top two that I would see have to be
Olympus Has Fallen and Admission. Both of these arrive in theaters today Friday
March, 22 2013.
Olympus Has Fallen seems
like an action packed, movie that is sure to grip your attention the entire way
through. It seems to have a good story
line and who doesn’t love a movie with Gerard Butler in
it.Aaron Eckhart and Morgan Freeman are
also both amazing actors that are taking part in this movie.
Admission seems to be one
of those “feel good” comedies that we all know and love.Tina Fey and Paul Rudd seem to
be a good match of comedic skill and style. They seem to complement each other and make this movie extremely funny.
My blog this week is about
the new series that is going to start on A&E.It begins March 18 at 10/9c.The new series is called Bates Motel, and it
is the prequel to one of the ultimate best horror films of all time, Alfred Hitchcock’s
1960 film, Psycho. If you don’t know the film Psycho, than you
should probably look into watching it.It’s
the story of Norman Bates a hotel manager who stalks and kills visitors to his
motel. It is a movie that set the stage
for all horror films in general. This
series is meant to be a prequel, which means it is supposed to set the stage
for the movie. The series is said to
look into the events that led up to Norman Bates becoming the crazed psycho he
was.
Psycho is one of my all-time
favorite horror movies so I am entirely interested to see if this series will
prove to be just as good. This is a link
to the A&E website that
shows more details about the series.
